Work-Community-Integration enhances quality of life through individualized support, training and employment.

WCI offers a variety of opportunities and services. We provide job skills and non-vocational training for people with disabilities and partner with west central Minnesota businesses to provide jobs to over 300 clients. Skilled crews work onsite at community locations or WCI facilities to perform packaging, assembly and disassembly, labeling, paper shredding, cleaning, and wood shop milling.
