We focus on improving quality of life by addressing barriers to employment and fostering personal growth and community involvement.

At WCI, we believe in the potential of every individual we serve. Our programs are designed to provide the necessary support and resources to help them succeed in the workforce and lead fulfilling lives. Each year, we impact over 350 individuals with employment barriers, connecting them with community employers and providing ongoing support to ensure their success.
